Jandy Anderson

As a Facilitator, Educator and Coach, Jandy brings the understandings gained from decades of extensive and rigorous training with Enlightened Zen Master, Mada Eliza Dalian. She began her studies with Mada in 2001 and quickly understood the tremendous value of working with a Modern Buddha who could guide her through the painstaking and profoundly rewarding work of transforming unconsciousness and fear into clarity, joy, love, confidence and freedom.

Jandy has a deep love and passion for the journey of self-discovery. She has completed all three levels of the Dalian Method Facilitator Training as well as the Active Meditation Teacher Training and Group Facilitation Training and countless other intensives and workshops with Mada.

Since 2000, Jandy has been working with people directly to support their wellbeing through a wide range of supportive roles in non-profits, government and through private offerings. In particular, she has extensive experience working with youth. She began teaching Meditation and Yoga in 2005 and since then has taught hundreds of classes and group workshops. Jandy has been Facilitating Dalian Method sessions since 2017, and has had the privilege to introduce this ground-breaking method to hundreds of people.

Known for her intuitive abilities and for her buoyant and uplifting approach, Jandy is honoured to have the opportunity to work with those who choose to jump into any of her offerings.

Since she has benefitted so deeply from the Dalian Method and other meditative techniques she has learned with Mada, she feels responsible to pass these methods and techniques on to those who are ready for a quantum leap forward in living a life of love, respect, joy, understanding and inner freedom.

Jandy holds an undergraduate degree in Integrated Studies from SFU, where she graduated with distinction. She also completed the two year Dialogue and Civic Engagement Program at SFU.
