Jennifer Anderson (Jandy)

I’m a Dalian Method Facilitator and Meditation Instructor who has spent more than two decades studying with Mada Eliza Dalian, an internationally renowned spiritual teacher, award-winning author and creator of the Dalian Method. I began my studies with Mada in 2001 and quickly recognized the profound value of working with someone who could skillfully guide me in transforming unconsciousness and fear into clarity, joy, love, confidence, and freedom.

I have a deep love and passion for the journey of self‑discovery. I have completed all three levels of the Dalian Method Facilitator Training (a six‑year process) as well as the Active Meditation and Group Facilitation Teacher Training (a two‑year program) and countless other intensives and workshops with Mada. I’m currently repeating the Facilitator Training by choice, as I’m deeply dedicated to offering the best service possible and know that the learning never ends.

Since 2001, I’ve been working directly with people to support their well‑being through a wide range of supportive roles in non‑profits, government, and private offerings. In particular, I have extensive experience working with youth. I began teaching meditation and yoga in 2005 and have since taught hundreds of classes and group workshops. I’ve been facilitating Dalian Method sessions since 2017 and have had the privilege of introducing this ground‑breaking method to hundreds of people.

Known for my intuitive abilities and my buoyant, uplifting approach, I’m honoured to have the opportunity to work with those who choose to step into any of my individual or shared offerings (as I love collaborating with others on workshops, talks and other special events). Having benefitted so deeply from the Dalian Method and other meditative techniques learned with Mada, I feel called to share these methods and techniques with those who are ready for a quantum leap forward in living a life of love, respect, joy, understanding, and inner freedom.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Integrated Studies from Simon Fraser University, where I graduated with distinction. Ialso completed the two-yaer Dialogue and Civic Engagement Program at SFU.

I live on Salt Spring Island with my partner, Matt, enjoying the delights of  this magical place.
