Space is limited. Workshops are open to anyone 18 years old and up. You can attend either or both workshops. You will gain a stronger foundation in practicing the Dalian Method and a deeper transformation if you attend both workshops.

What is the Dalian Method?
The Dalian Method™ is a groundbreaking healing method created by internationally renowned spiritual teacher, and award-winning author, Mada Eliza Dalian.
It is a guided step-by-step process that uses a specific type of breathwork, outloud verbal expression and body movement. It is a transformational process that wakes up your consciousness and gives you a way to solve any problem.
Your workshop facilitator, Jennifer Anderson (Jandy), has experience facilitating 100s of people with the Dalian Method™ (DM) and has more than 20 years experience of intensive, direct study with the creator of DM: Mada Eliza Dalian.
